Research interests

• Using molecular dynamics simulations to investigate the interaction between PI3Kα and its oncogenic mutants and the cellular membrane (with Dr Jack Flanagan, Auckland Cancer Society Research Centre).
• Characterisation of the lipid binding of a membrane-anchored cytochrome P450 using molecular dynamics simulations (with Assist Prof. Joel Tyndall, University of Otago)
• Simulation of peptide and protein aggregation.
