Will the domain be used for e-mail?: Yes No (eg: name@mydomain.co.nz)

Will the domain be used for a website?: Yes No (eg: http://www.mydomain.co.nz)

Will the site use the Reverse Proxy Service?: Yes No

*Domain Name Justification

(A reason as to why you require this domain name and what it will be used for, for example why do you want to register for a different domain name such as www.somesite.co.nz and not use massey's domain name eg. somesite.massey.ac.nz)
