As per New Zealand custom, the tour company requires a minimum number of 21 people to continue to reserve bookings for accommodation and attractions. If you are planning to go on the post-conference tour, please go to the post-conference page and sign up for the tour. Though it may appear to ask for a deposit, no money will be charged until the 13 May (NZST).
Please register for the post-conference tour by April 11th to secure your spot.
WCA ABC 2019
To assist in travel planning, we will be releasing acceptance letters in waves as the reviewing process is finalized. To that end, the first round of acceptances were sent out at the end of last week.
You can also check the status of your submissions via the conftool portal using the login you created when you made your submission to the conference.
If you have notifications on the conftool portal but have yet to receive an email, please check your spam filters, add @conftool.pro and @massey.ac.nz to your whitelists, and ensure you have validated your email via conftool. If you are still not receiving emails, please get in touch.
