All presentation rooms have a built in PC computer, with VGA and HDMI connectors and a 3.5mm audio aux jack. All rooms have projection and sound, and rooms have wifi access. PCs are loaded with the microsoft suite, including powerpoint. We strongly recommend presenters bring their presentation on a USB flash drive for ease of setup.
There will be volunteers on hand to assist before each session.
If you wish to bring your own laptop, you will need to ensure you have the correct dongles or connectors. Ask a volunteer for assistance in setting these up.
It will be up to moderators to discuss with presenters the format of the session — whether to take questions after each presentation or at the end. Either way, we ask speakers and moderators to stay strictly to time.
